There are three main types of lists, you can build or purchase customers, in order of effectiveness:
U.S. House –
This list is also seen as an in-house list. It is compiling a list that you have your customers and prospects. These people are most likely to respond to your catalog printing your copies of the brochure and all other direct marketing efforts, because the cooperation with you in the past.

Response list
It is a list of people have acquired a little human beings, the directory or persons, in response to a similar offer at home. Some might even be signed up on the list (such as e-mail lists of opt-in). These people are quite likely to be interested, your product or service because they have purchased products or similar services by companies like you, or businesses in your region.
You can use this list from a list of brokers or ownership of a business.
Directed list
This type of list is a list of brokers and consists of people have been selected in the list based on the properties of the real estate agent, you have to screen. Examples of the characteristics of the screen, you can count on sex, age, income, number of children, etc. This is the least effective of the three, because you do not know what group is the behaviour or habits purchase, you know that the fixed network characteristics.
